Veal Roulade

One of the most important dishes of Italian cuisine, the veal roulade is made with boneless veal brisket, which is rolled and tied. Served with a delicious vegetable cream sauce, made with natural flavourings, which enhances the delicate taste of the meat.

When ready, remove the roulade from the oven, open the shortest side with a pair of scissors and carefully empty the contents onto a serving dish.

When opening and emptying the bag, pay attention to the escaping steam to avoid scalding yourself.
