Remove the film and pour the content into a non-stick pan; cook for 3 minutes over a moderate heat stirring occasionally.

In the microwave

Pierce the film and place the container in the microwave oven; heat for three minutes at 650/700 Watt. Leave standing for 30 seconds before serving.
